This I know for certain…

Life is too short for cheap champagne.

You deserve to be first on your list of priorities.

There’s always room for a little sweetness in life and that sweetness can come in many forms.

Self-care is a necessity. It can be a firm boundary, time alone, a walk in the woods, creative expression, or asking for help.

Appreciating the little things leads to big joy.

There is always time to gaze at the moon, play with a puppy or hug a tree.

Kitchen dance parties are the best parties.

Gratitude is as essential as water.

To feel shiny, bright and aligned with your highest self - eating clean, high nutrient foods is an absolute must.

Farmer’s markets are the best place to go shopping. (Shoe stores may be a close second.)

Fresh flowers are most definitely a necessity.

YOU ARE AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL.

It doesn’t have to feel so hard. It can get better, starting now.

And here’s the formal version
